This notice explains how visitor and event registration data is handled.
Forms
The Global Encryption Day 2026 registration form collects your name, WhatsApp number, email and optional membership number, for registration and event administration. Only authorized chapter staff can access them. Staff manage retention and deletion. A pseudonymous network identifier is also used to limit automated registrations. The contact form remains disabled.
